Terms of Service
1. The service
Shopimob Cloud turns your Shopify store into a branded native Android application. You provide store details, a Storefront API access token, and branding; we compile and deliver installable app binaries (APK/AAB). The free tier produces watermarked debug preview builds; a paid subscription unlocks signed release builds.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per business is expected.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Payments are processed by Polar.sh, our merchant of record. Polar handles checkout, invoicing, sales tax/VAT, and refunds on our behalf; your contract of sale is with Polar. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Prices may change with 30 days' notice, applying from your next renewal.
4. Fair use
Subscriptions include unlimited builds under fair use: builds you reasonably need to develop, publish, and maintain your app. Automated, scripted, or systematically excessive build queuing may be throttled after notice.
5. Your store, your branding
You warrant that you own or are licensed to use all store content, names, logos, and assets you submit, and that your app will not infringe third-party rights or violate Google Play policies, Shopify's terms, or applicable law. You indemnify us against claims arising from your store content or branding.
6. App ownership and signing keys
The compiled app, your branding, and your Google Play listing are yours. We generate and custody a per-app signing keystore for you; you may export it and its password from your dashboard at any time, at no charge. Keep exported keys safe — a lost signing key cannot be recreated.
7. Cancellation
Cancel anytime via the Polar customer portal or the link in your Polar receipt email. Your installed app keeps working after cancellation — it talks directly to Shopify, not to our servers. What stops: new release builds, template updates, publishing help, and support. Preview builds remain available on the free tier.
8. Acceptable use
No apps for illegal goods or services, deceptive or malicious functionality, or stores that violate Shopify or Google Play policies. We may decline or revoke builds for such content and refuse service at our discretion during app review.
9. Service quality and liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not affiliated with Shopify Inc. or Google. We do not guarantee Google Play acceptance of your app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost sales.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
