Not happy within 14 days of your first payment? Email support@shopimob.cloud(or reply to your Polar receipt) and we'll refund in full — no questions asked. This applies to monthly and yearly plans alike, on your first purchase.
Renewals
Renewal charges aren't automatically refundable, but if you forgot to cancel and haven't queued builds since the renewal, contact us within 7 days and we'll sort it out.

The free preview exists so you can see your actual store as an installable app before spending anything. Please use it.
Processing
Refunds are issued by Polar.sh, our merchant of record, to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
